Welcome to my piano studio website! I offer private piano instruction to students ages 6 to 106 at Westwood Baptist Church in Springfield, Virginia.
My piano teaching is a well rounded approach that gives a solid foundation in note reading, theory, sight reading, composition, ear training, self confidence, self discipline and fun! I enjoy creating unique lessons plans that incorporate a variety of on and off the bench activities to enhance learning. My lessons include imaginative and traditional approaches to theory, sight reading, method, and technique. I also work with the individual student to provide exposure to many genres of music including classical, sacred, jazz, holiday and pop.
